The George Foundation to find a cure for ALS is now five years old and we're just getting started! All profits go to local groups right here - the DC/MD/VA ALS Chapter and Capital Hospice. These people make a difference every day by helping ALS patients deal with the changes in their lives and be more comfortable with the time they have left. While research breakthroughs occur each year, for now, the progressive degeneration of ALS eventually leads to death.
Every year, we add more to the party and this year is no exception - new items to the silent auction, bigger raffles and more prizes for all who attend! Combine that with a day of golf at the championship Bethesda Country Club, drinks on the patio, a delicious dinner and then dancing under the stars and the event can't be beat!
Over $325,000 has been raised towards our goal of $1,000,000. Join us and help support the fight against ALS!
